ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-3 days for our four-legged packing team to process and dispatch your order (they are all very easily distracted by the treats!). Expect an email within 2-3 days to let you know that your order is with our courier and on the way!

We offer free postage on all orders over £25 using Evri as our courier of choice.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@wellmanneredpet.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
