Treat Easi OMNI
Which treats fit in Treat Easi Omni?
Omni means all and we are very proud that our new design works with a huge variety of treats.
Just take a look at the window, under the slider, and if it looks like the treat will fit through then it will most likely work!.
If you’d prefer a more exact measurement; the opening that the treats fit through is 15mm high by 13mm wide. We suggest leaving room for the treats to move around though.

Dry treats and kibbles work best and we would never recommend the use of wet treats as they will get stuck.
If you want to use a treat that might look too big, why not chop it into smaller bite sized chunks for repeat rewarding!
One of the easiest ways to know if a treat will fit is to take your dispenser with you to your dogs favourite treat store and just hold them up or have a feel to see if they fit!
Top Tips:
If your pooch is a big fan of the sausage shaped treats (we know ours are!) they can usually be easily cut up into a size to suit you.
Many training experts advocate for the use of puppy kibble or small breed kibble for training. It is high value and easy to ensure no overfeeding when repeat rewarding.
This is also really cost-effective with one bag lasting many months, even a year, of training!
How do I open my dispenser?
The easiest way to open your new dispenser is by pushing up at the front, where the slider is, underneath the ledge of the lid until it pops off.
To place it back on, simply push this side in first and then press down the back until you hear a click.
This will keep your treats safe and secure until you want them and not spilling out in your bags or pockets!
How do I use my new dispenser?
Our magnetic slider makes it easy to access tasty treats when you need them. It is simple to use one handed in all conditions, even with gloves on!
- Simply pull it back to open the window
- Then tip out as many treats as you'd like
- We often tip them into the palm of our hand to give to our dogs
- It can also be useful to release treats on the floor to set a fun trail.
- Overtime, you will find endless ways to use your Treat Easi
- From rewarding and encouraging good behaviour, keeping your dog focused on you, or just treating a faithful hound to a well deserved reward!

Which treats fit in Treat Easi Original?
The treats we offer have been produced in Dorset by Barker & Barker since 1976 using a compaction process. This means no tasty flavours or wonderful aromas are lost and, alongside a host of benefits, they are perfectly round making them ideal for our original dispenser! They also work great in our latest dispenser the Treat Easi Omni.
Barker & Barker treats are also available from their website and other high street stores such as Pets Corner.
Just remember that it is the "Small' treats from Barker & Barker which will work with the dispenser. These are the ones they recommend for training with all dog breed sizes too!
How do I open my dispenser?
The lid on the Treat Easi Original is a snap-lock mechanism so no treats can fall out unexpectedly. This is great for keeping pockets and bags mess free but sometimes it can be difficult to open initially.

How do I use my new dispenser?

General Questions
Are the treats you offer suitable for my dog/puppy?
All the treats we offer are hypoallergenic, grain free, and full of B vitamins to help boost your dog’s health and wellbeing.
They are suitable for pups from 8 weeks of age so you can get started with your training journey as soon as you're ready!
They are gentle on tummies and thanks to being low calorie you can repeat reward all day with no risk of overfeeding or having to adjust meal sizes.
Thanks to their unique production with only the highest quality, all natural ingredients these treats are just 0.5Kcal each which is less than a tenth of some treats available,

Unfortunately, our spotty friends cannot eat Liver and so we will need include different flavours in your order. Just let us know in the notes section or pick the flavours you prefer!
Is Treat Easi eco-friendly & is your packaging recyclable?
Making sure our Carbon Pawprint is as low as possible is something we are very proud of and we are always making sure we use the most eco-friendly materials as possible.
Treat Easi Omni:
Designed and made in house in the UK, we wanted Treat Easi to be a simple switch that not only stops unnecessary single-use plastics but has minimal impact at the end of its life too.
So, we opted to use PLA (polylactic acid), a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources.
Your treat dispenser is durable and designed to last a lifetime. It can also be repaired if one of the parts goes missing. Just get in touch and we will arrange for replacements.
Should your dispenser be irreparable, just return it to us and it we will ensure it is fully biodegraded.
Treat Easi Original:
We wanted to make sure Treat Easi lasts a lifetime and so you will probably never have to replace it!
If you do need to replace your dispenser though, definitely don't throw it out! Get in touch via our Contact Form and we will provide a postage label to send it back to us.
Made of ABS and Stainless Steel the Treat Easi Original is food safe and 100% fully recyclable, just send it back and we can either repair or recycle!
Our Packaging:
All our packing is fully recyclable. We use mostly paper or cardboard and even our tape is fully recyclable!
For our treat refills, in order to ensure freshness, we use bags made from recycled plastic that can also be recycled again! In some areas they can be placed with your household recycling but be sure to check your local rules.
Excitingly, in the future we hope to switch to home compostable options too and we are currently trialling these!

Are the treats suitable for my cat?
They most definitely are suitable for our feline friends!
We have a number of happy customers who use Treat Easi with their cat.
All flavours are suitable but as we are sure you will have guessed the firm favourite is Arctic Fish!
How would I return my Treat Easi?
We understand that Treat Easi might not work for everyone. So, thank you for trying us out!
If you're not satisfied with the product you are welcome to return your item(s) up to 30 days after purchase for a full refund.
You can either use the Returns section in your Customer Account or alternatively message us via our Contact Form and we will let you know how to start the returns process.
