This quick guide will give you a short overview of how you can make the most of Treat Easi and all its benefits with your favourite pup.

1. Opening & Filling

Thanks to the design of Treat Easi Omni you can use almost any treats, kibbles or rewards that fit through the opening!
  • Once you’ve received your Treat Easi, simply pop the lid up from the front, and you are ready to fill with your choice of scrumptious rewards!
  • Please pour in treats to around 2/3 full, too many treats and it won’t dispense as efficiently
  • Depending on how generous you are feeling this will last around 1-2 weeks

2. Getting Acquainted

The next step is getting your dog to understand that their new Treat Easi is always linked to a tasty reward.
  • Begin with your dog close by, say their name excitedly and slide back the magnetic slider to access a treat or two!
  • Your well-mannered doggie will soon be hooked on their new 'magic treat box' and whether it is about to release a tasty reward!
  • Next try adding simple commands, such as 'sit' or 'wait.' Dogs quickly learn that when you have Treat Easi, good behaviour earns them scrumptious treats!

3. Out on Walkies

  • Use Treat Easi to strengthen your bond with your dog and reward their good behaviour
  • It is so quick and easy to reinforce your dog’s learning, you will be astonished at how focused they are now they know you have your dispenser
  • Remember to say your dogs name before issuing a command and be upbeat, confident and relaxed!

4. Keeping It Simple

Our customers all use Treat Easi in a variety of ways and you can choose what works for you! Whether you've got a young pup who needs some extra help with the basics or an old dog who just deserves a yummy treat.
We have a couple of tips to keep Treat Easi positive for all:
  • Never use the dispenser to bring your dog back for punishment as this will confuse them and break the cycle of trust that the dispenser is always positive
  • This may lead to your dog keeping its distance from you as it worries that the dispenser now signifies punishment
  • Treat Easi helps improve focus because every dog loves a tasty reward! But don’t forget clear, positive commands and lots of praise too!

How To Maintain Your Dispenser

Before Refilling

Treat Easi is designed and built to last a lifetime. Made in the UK using durable biodegradable materials but we do have some suggestions:

Cleaning Guide

Before refilling your Treat Easi we suggest that you gently tap or brush any treat dust out to maintain good functionality.

We suggest cleaning your dispenser using warm soapy water occasionally, depending on how frequently you refill.

  1. Dissemble your Treat Easi into its three parts by taking the lid off and removing the slider all the way.
  2. Be sure to keep all three parts safe!
  3. Use warm water with regular dish soap and a soft bristle brush to clean the dispensers body, lid, and slider.
  4. Leave it to air dry, making sure to check that it is completely dry before refilling with your chosen treats.
  • Always check the inside is dry before refilling
  • Should your dispenser jam or not dispense a treat, a quick and firm shake is usually enough to dislodge any treats that may have become stuck

The Do's

  1. Clean regularly before refilling. Use warm, soapy water and a soft-bristle brush to reach all inner surfaces.

  2. Allow to air dry completely before use to prevent moisture buildup or clumping of treats.

  3. Handle with care — your dispenser is durable, but like most reusable products, it will last longer with gentle treatment.

  4. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

  5. Use with dry treats or kibble only — designed for clean dispensing, not wet or sticky foods.

The Dont's

  1. Definitely don't wash in the dishwasher — high heat can warp or degrade the material.

  2. Avoid leaving in a hot car, on a radiator, or in direct sunlight for long periods — Due to the nature of the material it may soften or deform above 50–60°C.

  3. No need to soak for extended periods — as we use a biodegradable materials, prolonged water exposure can affect its structure over time.

  4. When cleaning your dispenser, don’t use harsh chemicals or bleach just stick to mild soap and water.

  5. The dispenser is not a toy or chew device so don't leave it unattended with your dog.

  6. Treat Easi Omni is designed for clean, dry treats, kibbles, or your choice of reward only.
